Improvement over the first.
But it's still really not all that funny, the writer clearly learned a few more things about the concept and art of "humor" since the last Brawl Taunts, but not enough to the point that this movie was hilarious. However, despite the poor writing, the voice acting was superb once again, and the animation was leagues better than the first one's, so I commend Kirbopher for such a good job on animating.
However, the writing falls flat, and writing is a real important thing in a flash, it helps create an element known as "humor," so I give this a 6, basically an average flash, but could use a ton of improvement.
